خانم جوانی برای اصلاح بهم ریختگی دندانها مراجعه کردند. با توجه به نازک بودن لثه در ناحیه قدام فک پایین برای جلوگیری از تحلیل لثه و همچنین بخاطر بخاطر اصلاح بیرون زدگی دندانها طرح درمان با کشیدن دندان برای ایشان در نظرگرفته شد.
ارتودنسی ثابت برای ایشان شروع شد و چهار دندان آسیاب کوچک ( دندانهای شماره ۴ ) خارج شدند.
هنوز درمان به یکسال نرسیده بود که ایشان برای ادامه تحصیل عازم انگلستان شدند… با برنامه ریزی که انجام دادیم و دقتی که ایشان در رعایت دستورات درمانی داشتند با وجود مراجعه چندماه یکبار ایشان خوشبختانه درمان بخوبی پیش رفت و زودتر از حد انتظار به پایان رسید.
طول درمان را بخاطر سن و کشیدن دندان حدود دو سال و نیم تخمین زده بود یم اما خدا را شکر در کمتر از دو سال با نتیجه ایده آل به اتمام رسید.
