ارتودنسی با دندان نهفته

دختر خانمی مراجعه کردند با بهم ریختگی شدید دندانها و کمبود فضای شدید بخصوص در ناحیه دندانهای نیش فک بالا
دندان نیش فک بالا سمت راست نهفته بود.

درمان بر اساس کشیدن دندان طرح ریزی شد. بطور کلی ما سعی میکنیم دندان نیش را بخاطر ریشه بلند و نقشی که در فانکشن و زیبایی دارد نکشیم.
بنابراین در ابتدا درمان ارتودنسی ثابت بدون کشیدن دندان شروع شد و بعد از جراحی لثه دندان نهفته اکسپوز و اعمال نیروی ارتودنسی انجام شد. بعد از اینکه دندان نهفته به محل مناسب رسید و اطمینان از حرکت آن، دندانهای چهار بالا و پایین برای ادامه درمان خارج شد.
در نهایت درمان با نتیجه عالی به اتمام رسید.
