خانمی مراجعه داشتند که بجای درمان ارتودنسی درمان ترمیمی اشتباهی برای ایشان انجام شده بود. ایشان خواهان برداشتن کامپوزیت ها و درمان صحیح ارتودنسی بودند.

علاوه بر بهم ریختگی دندانها از مشکلات مهم ایشان می توان به این موارد اشاره کرد :
انحراف میدلاین دندانهای بالا بر اثر کشیدن یکطرفه یک دندان آسیاب کوچک
بهم نرسیدن دندانهای جلو ( اپن بایت )
کامپوزیتها برداشته شده و درمان ارتودنسی ثابت با کشیدن سه دندان و نتایج عالی به اتمام رسید و علاوه بر مرتب شدن، چفت شدن دندانها کاملاً اصلاح شد.
