خانمی برای ارتودنسی مراجعه کردند و تمایل داشتند که درمان فقط در فک پایین انجام شود.

با در نظر گرفتن مشکل ایشان که فضای بین دندانهای فک پایین و کراس بایت (جلو بودن دندانهای فک پایین ) بود و اینکه در فک بالا مشکل قابل توجهی وجود نداشت، درمان ارتودنسی ثابت فقط در فک پایین انجام شد.

با درمان ارتودنسی فضای بین دندانهای پایین بسته شد و با عقب کشیدن دندانها چفت شدن دندانهای جلو تصحیح شد.

درمان زیبایی روی یک دندان لترال فک بالا با کامپوزیت انجام شده و در پایان ارتودنسی دو دندان از دست رفته با ایمپلنت جایگزین شده است.

برای جلوگیری از باز شدن مجدد فضاها فیکس ریتینر (نگهدارنده ثابت) قرار داده شده است.
