ارتودنسی و ایمپلنت

وقتی کمبود و غیبت مادرزادی دندانها اتفاق می افتد و امکان بستن فضا با ارتودنسی فراهم نیست، باید دندان غایب با ایمپلنت جایگزین شود که معمولاً نیاز به آماده سازی فضا با ارتودنسی دارد.
در این مورد هم دو دندان جلو غایب بود و تنظیم فضا با ارتودنسی ثابت انجام شد.
زائده فرنوم با جراحی فرنکتومی برداشته شد.
جراحی ایمپلنت توسط دکتر آرش ابوئی مهریزی انجام شد و دو فیکسچر ایمپلنت قرار داده شد تا در مراحل بعد پروتز ( روکش ) گذاشته شود.
