این کیس ناهنجاری فکی قابل توجهی داشتند بصورت عقب بودن فک پایین و افزایش ارتفاع صورت که منجر شده بود به دیده شدن زیاد لثه ها ، فرم نازیبای چانه ولب پایین، غبغب و فاصله بین دندان ها فک بالا و فک پایین
برای ایشان درمان ارتودنسی ثابت دو فک همراه جراحی دو فک و جراحی چانه انجام شد.
در نهایت علاوه بر چفت شدن صحیح و اصلاح نظم دندان ها ، تغییرات مطلوب زیادی در صورت اتفاق افتاد:
بهبود نیم رخ صورت و فرم چانه و لب پایین، حذف غبغب، اصلاح طرح لبخند با کاهش دیده شدن لثه
