دختر خانمی حدود دوازده ساله مراجعه کردند با مشکل بهم ریختگی شدید دندانها که بعد از معاینه مشخص شد ایشان مشکل فک هم دارند و فک پایین عقب تر است.

درمان بصورت دو مرحله ای طرح ریزی شد :
در مرحله اول با ارتودنسی متحرک (فانکشنال) مشکل فک اصلاح شد و روابط دندانی صحیح برقرار شد. با اینکه کمی دیر برای درمان مراجعه کردند اما این مرحله کاملا موفقیت آمیز انجام شد و بعد از یکسال مرحله دوم با ارتودنسی ثابت انجام شد و بدون کشیدن دندان نظم و جزییات دندانها بصورت ایده آل برقرار شد.
