خانم بزرگسالی برای درمان ارتودنسی بهم ریختگی دندانها به مطب آمدند. در فک پایین بهم ریختگی بیشتر و دندانهای پایین جلوتر از محل صحیح بودند که علت آن کمبود مادرزادی دو دندان شماره دو ( لترال ) فک بالا بود. همچنین یک دندان آسیاب بزرگ در سمت راست قبلاً کشیده شده بود.

درمان ارتودنسی با کشیدن دندان طرح ریزی شد. در فک پایین دو دندان آسیاب کوچک ( دندان چهار) کشیده شد. در فک بالا بعد از کشیدن یک دندان شیری باقی مانده نیازی به کشیدن دندان نبود و دندانهای نیش با شکل دهی شبیه دندانهای غایب فرم داده شدند. فضای دندان آسیاب بزرگ هم با ارتودنسی بسته شد تا نیاز به ایمپلنت نباشد.
